Milk can be used diluted as a fungicide as a plant protection agent and in undiluted form for cleaning tools, equipment and gloves to protect against spreading virus infections. Very little environmental fate and toxicology data are available but risks are considered to be low. |

Milk is a complex colloidal dispersion containing fat globules, casein micelles and whey proteins in an aqueous solution of lactose. It ecan be used as a mild fungicide for plant protection purposes and as a viricide for home gardening. |
