Hydrogen peroxide is a basic/commodity substance with some pesticidal applications. It is highly soluble in water and in its pure state it is highly volatile but much less so diluted. It is not environmentally persistent. Hydrogen peroxide is not expected to have an immediate or delayed harmful effect on human or animal health. At higher concentrations it is toxic to aquatic systems. |
