Flamprop is an obsolete herbicide usually formulated as the methyl variant. It has a low aqueous solubility and is not volatile. It can be persistent in soil systems. Very little data is available regarding its toxicity to biodiversity but it does appear to be moderately toxic to aquatic species. It has a low oral toxicity to mammals including humans.
