Cacodylic is an obsolete arsenical herbicide. It is highly soluble in water. Very little else is known about the environmental fate of cacodylic acid nor its ecotoxicity. It is moderately toxic to mammals if ingested and considered to be a carcinogen and reproduction/developmental toxin as well as being a neurotoxin.
