Beauveria brongniartii is a white entomopathogenic fungus that forms very small unicellular conidia from basally inflated conidiogenous cells. After conidium production, cells elongate and develop other conidium forming a distinctive, slender, zig-zag rachis. Fungal colonies are typically white or off-white on artificial culture media |
